Paid work experience in the new Pinewood studios in Cardiff, I worked on the crowd costumes for the pilot of FX Productions The Bastard Executioner.

It’s My Shout – Pencoed

 

As part of the Talent Pool Wales scheme, I was half of the costume department on the 9 short films for It’s My Shout. I took the role of Costume Designer on 5 of the films, working with the various directors to source costumes for the characters they envisaged. I then took the role of Costume Supervisor on the other 4 films where I performed onset duties and was in charge of the Its My Shout trainees.

Second year work placement moduleAs part of a team, I worked closely with the designer Steve Denton to produce two of the principle costumes for the 2013/14 Rhondda Cynon Taff Christmas Show 'Peter Pan'.

First Year Work PlacementAs part of a team I worked on Welsh National Youth Opera's rendition of Paul Bunyan. Working with the designer Cai Dyfan, I made the principle female and understudy's dresses. As part of a team I sourced and broke down approximately 380 costumes.
